Gwen at Disneyland, Grammy nominations, new ND album
> The Grammy nominations are finally in! Gwen is nominated for best collaboration on The Sweet Escape with Akon. The awards take place February 10th, the nominees are:

Beautiful Liar - Beyoncé & Shakira
Gone Gone Gone (Done Moved On) - Robert Plant & Alison Krauss
The Sweet Escape - Gwen Stefani & Akon

A fan (frenchfrytoast) spoke to Tom: “I asked him about the new album and he said that at this point they just need to put everything together and that it should be out sometime next year - I think he may have said this time next year but don’t quote me on that.”
Another fan (Raddest Queen) asked Eric Keyes if the new album would be ska influenced: “There was one really cool song that had a Ska feeling but the stuff I heard was in August? so all I can say is… I have no idea what the final CD will sound like, I don’t even think they do and I must say that’s one of the great things about this band, they do what feels right to them creatively and as long as they are honest with themselves and have fun something beautiful always shines through. Ska, Funk, Dance, Rock, R&B, Ballads or Punk it always seems to work and they pull it off better that anyone I can think of, actually Ween may be better at it, but No Doubt is more successful with it.
