If it’s any consolation, Stefani admits her washboard abs come at a price. The 38-year-old singer worked out up until two weeks before the birth of son Kingston, and then five days a week for three months to lose her baby weight. “I cried during my last session [before the birth],” Stefani told Elle magazine. ”All of my life I’ve had to work hard to stay in shape.”
